Layout 1: Shannon & Juvenal

Once again, I changed this to a 12" x 12" page, doubled it to a two-page spread, and added a few extra pictures. I also decreased the size of the journaling space, because I didn't have too much to say about this for my personal scrapbook.

Journaling Reads:
December 19, 2009 Shannon & Juvenal ~ a beautiful December Christmas wedding shot with Cass and Blaise.
Layout 2: "I fine you $300...or I wash your shoes!"

I'm not too crazy about the colors that I chose for this layout (hmmm, and it's color week, don't know what happened there), but I love the story. The original title I had on this was "The Lamb Family Does Australia", but I like this much better.

Journaling Reads:
In 2004, I lived and studied in Melbourne, Australia for five months. Dad and Jenny came over and stayed with me for the last week. I rode the airport shuttle to the international arrivals terminal to wait for them. Once the board said their plane had landed, I went to wait by the big stainless steel doors. And I waited, and waited... Turns out they’d both marked on their customs forms that they hadn’t been on a farm...then the customs agent found horse manure on Dad’s shoes. He started yelling “you lie! You lie!” My dad thought they were going to be in big trouble. The man yelled at him “I fine you $300 dollars...or I wash your shoes!!”. It was a pretty easy decision ...and they finally came through the big stainless doors about an hour after their flight landed.
